About Dr. Lutzker S. Wayne Lutzker MD, after graduating from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, completed his military service and then finished a Residency in Radiology and a Fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at New York University Hospital in Manhattan. He is a Diplomate of The American Board of Radiology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. He became faculty staff at New York University Hospital, and the Assistant Professor of Radiology and Chief of the Nuclear Medicine Residency at St. Vincent Hospital, a Cornell affiliate. After several years he returned to training and completed a residency in dermatology at Temple University Skin and Cancer Hospital in Philadelphia and became a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology. Subsequently he had the good fortune to attend dermatology training with Leon Goldman MD, the first dermatologist in the world to use a laser. Since then he has been using lasers in medical and cosmetic practice for over twenty-five years, became boarded by The American Board of Laser Surgery and became an examiner for the board. In 1985 he went to Paris and trained in Liposuction with Pierre Fournier MD, the creator or liposuction. He subsequently trained with Jeffery Klein MD, the inventor of tumescent lipo suction. Additional training occurred with Alastair Carruthers MD and Jean Carruthers MD, the inventors of cosmetic botox and the creators of many new techniques for cosmetic treatments. For the past four years his present interests have included mesotherapy. He has trained with French physicians such as Le Coz MD, who was the protégé of Dr. Pistor (who invented mesotherapy). He has also trained with Patricia Rittes MD the most notable mesotherapist from South America. In America he has trained with physicians from Texas, California, Florida and Pennsylvania. Dolly Norris Dolly Norris, born in Chicago, moved to the San Fernando Valley as a young girl where she received her education, including a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University. Dolly Norris began her professional career as an Electrologist in 1979 and has been practicing since. She has continued her education in the field and has added additional certifications becoming a Certified Professional Electrologist, and a Certified Medical Electrologist. In 1993 she opened the Norris School of Electrology. Dolly owned and directed the school while serving as its instructor until lasers for hair removal were introduced. She was invited to teach and lecture locally and internationally. She served on the Laser Task Force for the California Department of Consumer Affairs, which studied and made legislative recommendations for the use of lasers in hair removal. Dolly began her study and training in lasers for hair removal as soon as they were approved by the FDA, and opened the Norris Centre in Tarzana in 1996, where it continues today. She employs registered nurses, aestheticians, and other cosmetic service providers to expand the spa and health centers' services and growing the center to its present size of over 5,000 beauty clients. As a beauty expert, she has been seen on Good L.A. numerous times, E Entertainment Channel and Fine Living. She will also be quoted in the upcoming book Hollywood's Best Kept Diet Secrets by Kym Douglas. Recently, she teamed with Dr. S. Wayne Lutzker to continue as the Norris Cosmetic Physician Center adding the latest state-of-the-art beauty and wellness services and procedures. |
